PHASE_01SITE ASSESSMENT

Thermal imaging & load audit

Before a single conduit is ordered, we walk every level with thermal cameras and a clamp meter. Dead zones, overloaded circuits, and failing ballasts get flagged and photographed.

PHASE_02PERMIT & ENGINEERING

Permit drawings & load calculations

We prepare stamped engineering drawings and pull permits ourselves. No "figure it out on site." Every conduit run, panel upgrade, and EV circuit is documented before the first hole is drilled.

PHASE_03CONDUIT ROUTING

Pull wire through concrete decks

Our crew cores through post-tension slabs, installs EMT and rigid conduit along beam lines, and pulls wire in phases timed around garage operations — night shifts, weekend windows, level-by-level sequencing.

PHASE_04FIXTURE INSTALLATION

LED fixtures, EV stations & emergency egress

Every fixture is aimed and photometrically verified against the lighting plan. EV stations are commissioned with network credentials. Emergency lighting is tested per NFPA 101 before any level reopens.
